Auction Terms: Successful bidder is required to enter into a purchase agreement and pay a $40,000 non-refundable down payment, the day of auction. Balance is due with certified funds on October 30, 2024, the date of closing. Seller to pay real estate taxes on the 2024 real estate tax statement and buyer 2025 and thereafter. Sellers shall retain the 2024 cash rent and CRP payment. Buyer to receive CRP payment for 2025 and thereafter. Buyer shall assume levied or pending assessments, if any.
