Joe Ballarino, President & CEO has been a real estate broker since 1997 and assumed full ownership of Amerivest Realty in the summer of 2016. In 2004, Joe Served as President of the Naples Area Board of Realtors which led to him receiving the 2005 Realtor of the Year Award.  An Entrepreneurial spirit and love for technology are at his core, starting in small business in his 20’s to selling mainframe computer software in his 30’s and building real estate businesses and technology tools ever since.
