This is an absolutely excellent property all the way around!! To start with there’s a nice cabin that’s set up with propane lights, propane cookstove. Also a woodstove to heat the place. On one end is the kitchen and dining area, on the other is the sleeping area set up to sleep 10 with the 5 bunks. Trails leading to various areas on the south side of the creek. There are several great looking spots for deer on this side of the creek one of which is a tower stand that sits overlooking a meadow on one side a beautiful cleared shooting lane on the other side. Both the cleared shooting lane and the field would be excellent locations for food plots!! Getting to the north side of the creek there’s a nice bridge crossing the creek that leads through pretty much the whole northern part of the property all the way to the east then to the north. Enrolled in SFIA until 2025. Also located between absolutely tons of world class lakes. Red, Winnibigoshish, Blackduck, Island, Cass and tons more!!
